It was a pleasure to be taught First Aid and CPR at Ferntree Gully by such a competent trainer as Adam. Excellent pacing of presentation, knew his stuff thoroughly, professional and personable. Recommended.
To all at STAR TRAINING Ferntree Gully, thank you for your, instructions, guidance, and friendly understanding, I had Avery positive experience, all in all excellent staff, equipment, plant, and facility, Thank you once again, Mick K.
I had First Aid training on 18 December at Ferntree Gully campus with the trainer John (I hope the name is correct). He is an excellent trainer. I have learned a lot from him. Many thanks!
Just did a 2 day course for my forklift license with the trainers Nathan and nev. Absolutely amazing trainers very thorough with showing us what to do and very informative and made everything fun to do. They have a range of different services and would definitely recommend giving them a look up or call to see what services they offer!
We recently had an on site LO Licence for my team of 4 organised through Start Training by Kyle. The service by Kyle was amazing, he was able to assist with booking in dates at the last minute and allowing us to work around our busy times. This has greatly assisted our company to allow us to get all team members licences on site without the need to take too much time off work or travel to training facilities. The trainer Barry was very informative and the team had a great experience with him.Overall I am very happy with the level of service by all parties at Start Training and would highly recommend them for anyone looking to do on site training.Luke GebuysWarehouse Manager - Dshop
I really had a very good experience in my training. My trainer was JORA, he is such a nice guy and very professional. Both theory and practical test were very smooth. I am thoroughly impressed with their student support. Got my license already and all credit goes to Jora and Start Training. Highly recommended for everyone.
Workplace was goodTraining from the trainer Mr Spiro was perfect making our way to attain the licence made much easier by making us understand the things properly
When very recently i attended practical First aid and CPR training, i was very impressed with our trainer who had so much knowledge and practical experience. He also injected humour here and there which i found refreshing….all in good taste. The venue itself is clean, spacious and user friendly. I had nil complaints.
Trainers were excellent in both teaching theoretical and practical driving with unlimited training and re-attempts, massive props to them. However, website is misleading. I applied for my High-Reach Forklift License after finishing my Forklift (LF) License thinking that i would be receiving a (more specific) License as per the website suggests on the course listing. However, I recieved a Verification of Competency (VOC), I called to complain and was told that i would be contacted via email or phone on Monday 18th November concering my complaint however i have yet to recieve a callback since and a my digital copy of the VOC I completed on the day.Hopefully I can get this resolved.
Kyle booked me in to get my traffic ticket with start training. he made everything easy and got me in very fast thank you. I have been recommending all my work mates to go to him 👍
I use Start Training for all my required Yellow Card, Forklift and Work at Heights Training they are a fantastic Training provider to use. Alexandra Pohl is excellent in customer service and is extremely efficient in all my bookings and my go to person I highly recommend.

You made my day.
Shout-out to Theo from Start Training for clearly explain the course details and helping me with choosing the course dates. He took the time to patiently answer all my queries. Thanks, mate.
Attended Start Training for a Forklift HRW Licence. Daniel the trainer was engaging, knowledgeable and easy-going making this a great place for learning. Highly recommend this company.
I coordinate a GTO and often have to book in multiple apprentices on short notice. Kyle (Course Consultant) made things so easy for me. I was able to have flexible payment options, the ability to book over the phone or via email, and the flexibility to choose days and times that suited me and my apprentices. I'll be calling up Kyle from now onwards when I need a course for one of my staff.
